Your Daily 1% Better at AI Starts Here
Where your AI knowledge compounds, one percent at a time.
How I got here
Hello, I am Roman. I have worked in product development for 12 years. A while ago I went deep on AI (agents, MCP, eval) because I wanted to use it, not just read about it. What I kept running into: either noise (news, hype) or interesting theory that didn’t turn into anything I could use the next morning. After some time I realized I was learning in fragments: a prompt here, a pattern there, nothing that added up. I wanted to fix that for myself and build something that compounds. So I rolled up my sleeves and started building. I tried many different methods and tools. Now I have systems that keep improving every day, based on my use cases.
I think a lot of people are struggling with the same thing I did. So I decided to create a place where the bar is simple: one thing at a time that makes you a bit sharper at AI and that you can use tomorrow. And it compounds over time, so it keeps growing and you don’t end up with dispersed tools here and there.
1. What I’m committing to
I’m committing to 30 days of daily posts. Every post has one job: I’m not packing five ideas behind one headline, and you leave with one thing: maybe something you’ll try tomorrow morning, maybe a way of thinking that clicks, maybe one small habit you add. After 30 days I’ll see what landed and either keep going or adjust. No “I’ll post when I have something big.” Just one thing per day that compounds.
2. What you’ll get
Daily posts. Short. One idea, one copy-paste prompt (or skill, or mini-tool), one 10-minute action.
Four kinds of pieces: micro upgrades (single prompts), skill packs (instructions for your agent), mini products (templates, MCP servers, scripts), and system blueprints (how to wire a few pieces into something that compounds).
Plus: how to think about it. Principles, approaches, and mental models so you’re not just copying, you’re building judgment.
Every post is under 10 minutes total: read, get the idea, try it. No long deep dives, no stepping away from work. Built for how people actually learn today: short attention, too much already coming in. Quick idea, quick try, inside a system that keeps improving.
3. Who it’s for
People who build, decide, and operate. Product, founders, growth, analysts, tech leads, compliance, ops. If you do thinking work and want to compress hours into minutes, this is for you.
4. How often
Daily. Same format, same time. By the end of 30 days, everyone who follows along has a personal system that scales and that they actually understand how it works: not scattered tips, but one place, one rhythm, and the habit does the work. You don’t have to choose what to learn; it lands. You get sharper at AI and a system you can scale from there. After 30 days I’ll look at what landed and either keep the streak or adjust.
5. Free vs paid
All posts are free to read: you get the idea and the steps to build each upgrade yourself. Paid subscribers get the same content plus a ready-made artifact with every post: script, MCP config, template, skill file, or checklist so you can grab it instead of building from the post. You also get subscriber-only posts, full archive, and access to a curated tools list with subscriber-only discounts. Same content, two ways: do it yourself, or get the artifact and save time.
6. What to do next
Subscribe (button below) so the next post lands in your inbox.
Reply with your role (e.g. “PM”, “founder”, “analyst”) and I’ll tailor future prompts to what you do.
Share one post that works for you. It helps more people find this.
First real 1% post drops tomorrow. See you there.
